The purpose of this policy, prepared within the scope of the ISO 28000:2022 Supply Chain Management Standard, is to explain the standards and fundamental principles observed by EDS Inc. in its relationships with suppliers. Through this policy implemented in supplier relations, EDS Inc. aims to establish and develop relationships with suppliers who act responsibly during the supply process and comply with quality and business conduct objectives.

This policy covers the companies from which EDS Inc. procures products and services, including consultants, lawyers, external auditors, and individuals and organizations acting on behalf of EDS Inc.

• Our suppliers consist of companies that are capable of fulfilling legal requirements and standard expectations while also adhering to business ethics.
• In supplier selection, alongside criteria such as financial performance, experience, and technical competence, having a positive history in management systems and legal processes is also taken into consideration.
• Processes have been defined and responsible persons have been assigned for establishing, managing, and monitoring approved supplier list systems for supplier selection and management.
• Creating mutual value in our business relationships with suppliers is among our objectives.
• In our supply chain management processes, we attach importance to compliance with the laws of the countries in which we operate.
• Supplier audits to be carried out based on EDS Inc. management systems, policies, and procedures will enable our suppliers to assess their current status and improve their ability to intervene in potential problems and disruptions in advance.
• EDS Inc. reserves the right to terminate relationships with suppliers who fail to comply with these rules.
